As an artist, I am always looking for contrast; shadows give me what I am looking for! In addition to loving this old structure, the play of light is a painters dream! The inspiration for "Morning Shadows" came from childhood experiences such as playing in the midst of a huge field of grass, lying on the ground making images out of clouds, and trees awash with color in the autumn of the year. This watercolor painting on paper is double matted and beautifully custom framed!

DEANNA JAUGSTETTER ART EVENT......Marietta, Georgia

I am pleased to have my oil painting titled "Olmsted Park" accepted into Marietta/Cobb Museum of Art Exhibit titled Metro Montage XV. 

The juror received 700 entries with 70 accepted works of artists throughout the eastern United States.
